Pay Range : $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Location : 455 W 56th Avenue, Building 3, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80216

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (Shifts are subject to change during peak seasons, which will include weekend availability)

Responsibilities:

Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders

Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.

Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment

Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders

Interview, select, train, supervise and lead Pack and Ship Associates

Ensure Pack and Ship team is operating as efficiently as possible,

making recommendations to improve efficiency

Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes

Review weekly time sheets of Pack and Ship Associates





Resolve issues regarding shipped orders

Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies

Report to management on activities and issues

Maintain a clean and organized work space

Contribute to a positive work environment.

Handles returns and exchanges

Perform duties of Pack and Ship Associates, leading by example

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Good understanding of budgeting and reporting

Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Excellent Communication Skills

1 year of management experience, required.
