This agile position involves leading initiatives that contribute to TMU's sustainability commitments. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement energy management strategies that lower greenhouse gas emissions and optimize operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills are required to transform energy data into impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage energy projects to deliver measurable results
• Coordinate engineering studies and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor progress against energy reduction targets




• Conduct utility data analysis and identify efficiency opportunities
• Develop frameworks for tracking energy use performance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant engineering field
• Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) mandatory
• 5+ years in related energy management experience
• Knowledge of carbon reduction technologies
• Proficient in project and contract management
