You will play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with leading firms in these dynamic industries across the Northern Cape . This position requires a blend of business development acumen, candidate sourcing expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates alike, working within a adaptable hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within the construction and property sectors, including project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and estate agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction and property development industries.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Actively engage in business development activities to grow the client portfolio in the region.




Build and maintain a strong talent pool of construction and property professionals.
Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and key players within the construction and property sectors.

Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Construction or Property sectors.
Knowledge of the roles and skills required in these industries.
Strong candidate sourcing and engagement abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work workplace, balancing office and remote duties.
Familiarity with the Kimberley and Northern Cape business landscape is beneficial.
