As Senior Director of L&D; at MNP, you will champion strategic leadership for the firm’s learning initiatives while managing the L&D; budget and governance framework. This role involves fostering an engaging environment and partnering with leaders to align educational objectives with business priorities. You'll also oversee AI learning innovations and represent L&D; at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic oversight for L&D; functions and budget
• Implement governance for effective decision-making

Requirements:
• 10+ years in L&D; leadership roles
• Experience with enterprise-wide initiatives in service lines
• Proven expertise in budget management and team leadership
• Excellent communication and industry networking skills
• Bachelor's in Education or related field; CPA preferred
