Key Responsibilities:
• Implement full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions

• Identify and attract high-performing candidates
• Stay informed on recruiting trends and market demands

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• CPG Manufacturing recruitment experience is a plus
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship management skills
