Codebalance Solutions delivers an industry-aligned Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Bootcamp that prepares learners for real-world roles in the data job market.Learners gain hands‑on experience using modern tools and platforms, guided by practitioners with deep experience in analytics and business intelligence.The Sales & Marketing Specialist will join a small, agile team focused on helping professionals successfully transition into data-driven careers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and drive bootcamp enrollments by executing B2C and B2B sales activities (discovery calls, demos, consultations, follow‑ups).

Identify and nurture relationships with prospective learners, career switchers, and partners (colleges, community organizations, employers).

Conduct online or in‑person info sessions and presentations that clearly explain the bootcamp value proposition, curriculum, and outcomes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels to attract new applicants.

Manage and optimize the top of the funnel: respond to inquiries, qualify leads, maintain the CRM, and ensure timely follow‑up.

Create and refine sales collateral (pitch decks,



one‑pagers, email sequences, landing page copy) tailored to different audience segments.

Gather and report insights on lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign performance to improve targeting and messaging.

Stay informed about the data analytics and EdTech training market, including competing bootcamps and emerging trends.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth‑focused marketing, ideally in EdTech, bootcamps, higher education, or tech services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment, revenue, or lead targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical training offerings in simple, outcome‑focused language.

Comfort running discovery calls, handling objections, and closing deals with individual learners and/or corporate clients.

Experience with CRM tools and basic funnel metrics (leads, conversion rates, CAC, etc.).

Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, webinars, paid ads) and analytics tools is an asset.

Interest in data analytics, cloud, or business intelligence and a passion for helping people upskill and change careers.

Nice-to-have

Experience selling or marketing cohort-based courses, bootcamps, or professional training programs.

Existing network in tech, higher education, or career‑change communities in Canada.

Hands‑on familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM, and basic marketing automation.

Job type: Part‑time

Location: Remote within Canada, with preference for candidates in the GTA / Ontario.

Compensation: Performance‑based incentives or commissions.

Reports to: Head of Programs.
