Capilano Energy is seeking a motivated Junior Plant Engineer who will gain valuable knowledge in multi-building energy systems. Working closely with senior engineers, you will assist in operating various equipment, performing diagnostics, and conducting preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their skill set in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with boiler and chiller operations and repairs
• Perform regular equipment inspections for safety and efficiency




• Coordinate maintenance tasks with internal teams and contractors
• Support troubleshooting and compliance monitoring efforts
• Participate actively in training and weekly team meetings

Requirements:
• 5th Class Power Engineer certification required
• 1-2 years of plant operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to maintain safety protocols
