Spring Living, a growing leader in senior living, seeks a Financial Analyst to report to the Manager, Operations Finance. Collaborate with Executive Directors and operational leaders in Ontario and Quebec, overseeing full accounting cycles and monthly financial statements. Leverage your robust analytical skills to analyze results, explain variances, and provide insights that enhance operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own month-end close processes for assigned communities
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial documentation




• Review and analyze monthly operating results with leaders
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls
• Support onboarding of newly acquired communities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience in preparing full-cycle financial statements
• CPA designation or interest in pursuing is an asset
• Proficiency with Excel and preferably Yardi
