Key Responsibilities:
• Execute individual and group recreation therapy activities
• Customize programs to enhance client experiences
• Observe and report client changes to the Therapy team
• Lead and manage volunteers in recreational activities
• Drive clients within the community as needed

Requirements:
• Recognized Therapeutic Recreation Diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Strengths-based care and Trauma Informed Practice
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Physical ability to perform job duties
