Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking Carpenters at all levels, from motivated apprentices to experienced lead carpenters. Ideal candidates are professional, detail-oriented, communicate well, and take pride in their work. This is a client-facing environment where quality, cleanliness, and accountability matter.

Residential framing, formwork, and structural carpentry

High-end finish carpentry and architectural detailing

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and details

Coordinating with site supervision, consultants, and trades

Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites

Following company quality standards, schedules, and safety
procedures

Clear, skilled communication with team members and leadership

Senior and Lead Carpenters may also:

Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters

Assist with sequencing, planning, and quality control

Take responsibility for specific scopes or areas of work

Apprenticeship sponsorship and registration support





Red Seal certification encouragement and support

Ongoing skills development and exposure to complex builds

Clear growth pathways toward:
– Lead Carpenter
– Site Foreman
– Site Supervisor
– Project Management (PM)

Advancement is encouraged for individuals who demonstrate leadership, strong communication, technical skill, and ownership of their work.

Requirements

Carpentry experience appropriate to your level

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Professional attitude and clear communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Wages: $30–$45/hour (based on experience and performance) and pride in workmanship
