Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine repairs and maintenance operations
• Perform painting and minor carpentry tasks
• Inspect premises regularly for maintenance needs




• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Fulfill housekeeping responsibilities as required

Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Capable of heavy lifting and self-regulation
• Familiarity with minor repairs and facility equipment
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
