Help children thrive as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Monarch House in Surrey. This part time role involves implementing therapeutic interventions and ensuring a supportive client environment.

In your position as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will execute intervention plans for children and youth who have developmental delays. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll foster a positive environment that enhances client well-being and engagement. Tracking client progress and maintaining safety will also be key aspects of your role within the community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients and families regarding progress
• Implement effective treatment plans under supervision
• Prepare and organize educational materials
• Maintain safety and well-being of clients
• Collect and analyze data on client progress

Requirements:
• Post-secondary studies in Occupational Therapy
• License to work in Canada
• Community-based experience is advantageous
• At least 1 year of OTA experience preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
