Job Description
Directly reports to Maintenance Manager
Follow established safety protocols and maintenance procedures while using problem-solving skills for unique situations
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to supervisors
Contribute to the longevity and optimal functioning of building systems and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
Experience
1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field (beneficial)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
