AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide qualified nursing care for residents in our long-term care settings. You will collaborate with the Registered Nurse to implement policies on the unit and guide Personal Support Workers in daily care activities.
You will liaise with physicians and the health care team, updating them on resident status changes and ensuring care plans are followed. A strong knowledge of Ontario standards and activation of care programs is essential.
