Caivan is looking for an energetic Project Coordinator to support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while assisting with community and product launches, sales events, and sales center maintenance. Previous project coordination experience is essential to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate project details, timelines, and deliverables




• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across channels
• Support planning for sales and homeowner events
• Help maintain and manage sales centers and model homes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
• 2-3 years of project coordination experience
• Experience with website CMS platforms and HTML
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
