Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct resident assessments and maintain documentation • Assess and adapt care plans as necessary • Provide direct nursing care and medication administration • Facilitate resident transitions between care processes • Oversee emergency response and manage medical situations

Requirements: • Valid LPN registration in Alberta • Experience in senior or long-term care preferred • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities • CPR and First Aid certification required • Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
