Zaden Technologies is hiring a Senior Data Scientist / Analysis Lead to lead the independent analysis function on a ground data processing modernization effort supporting a national security space mission. As legacy applications move from bare-metal systems into a modern on-prem cloud environment, you'll prove — with data — that each modernized application does no harm, validating performance, timing, and output equivalence against the legacy baseline. Rather than a manual test bench, you'll build this proof as an automated, repeatable capability. This is a full time, on-site position in Aurora, CO, with an anticipated start of January 2027.Role Responsibilities:Design and run baseline captures on legacy applications (outputs, timing, resource envelopes) and replay-based comparisons against modernized buildsBuild automated analysis pipelines that diff telemetry and generate per-application, per-release performance and regression reportsDefine the metrics, acceptance thresholds, and evidence standards used to accept each migrated applicationPresent independent findings to program leadership and stakeholders with clear,
