Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients on assessment design and evidence-based practices
• Translate blueprints into item and test specifications
• Collaborate with Psychometric teams on data and reviews
• Oversee financial management and program forecasts
• Identify and mitigate risks during development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree necessary; advanced preferred
• 5+ years in educational testing with client focus
• Expertise in both paper and online assessment development
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed throughout the year
