What you’ll do As a Third Operator , you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup, operation, and production activities
Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs
Monitor product quality and report any issues related to box dimensions, print quality, scoring, slotting, or material condition
Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment according to customer specifications
Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance activities
Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all health, safety, and food safety standards
Your strengths as a Third Operator You are a natural fit for this role if:
You have a High School Diploma or GED
You have experience in a manufacturing workplace or are eager to build your skills in one
You pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
You can follow procedures and safety standards consistently
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
You communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
