Key Responsibilities:
• Provide culturally protected, trauma-informed patient care
• Assess patient health needs and create care plans
• Manage referrals and coordinate complex patient care

Requirements:
• Nursing Degree and two years of relevant experience
• Experience in ER, Community Health Centre, or Public Health
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of NWT and Nunavut
