Job Description : The EMT-ACP will respond to calls for service as per dispatch instructions, providing assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons. The EMT-ACP will cover standby assignment, as operations require. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma (ACP)

Licenses

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS)

Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic/Advanced Care Paramedic (EMT-P/ACP)

Valid Class 4 driver's license





Health Care Provider Level C Certificate (HCP-C)

Other Education and Training

Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) certificate acceptable

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)

Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
