In this permanent position, you will play a critical role in addressing the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities include developing their social and recreational skills and ensuring their overall well-being. This collaborative role requires strong initiative and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in daily living tasks
• Ensure residents' emotional and social needs are met
• Plan and execute engaging recreational activities
• Document and report on individual progress
• Work closely with a supportive team and families
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Clearance for TB and Criminal Records
Contribute to the growth and independence of individuals with DDA in Richmond.
