Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L2/L3 support for API-based applications
• Identify and troubleshoot vendor integration challenges
• Analyze API requests/responses for productive troubleshooting




• Coordinate directly with external vendors for resolution
• Maintain timely incident resolution for production issues

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of application support experience
• Expertise in REST/SOAP, OAuth, JWT, and API security
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• Hands-on experience with API management tools
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools like AppDynamics
