ParaMed in Canada is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide visiting nursing services across various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing palliative care needs and help them remain comfortable at home for as long as possible.
You will conduct assessments, execute care plans, travel to patient residences within a designated area, maintain patient records, and participate in on-call coverage to ensure patient safety and care needs are met.
