FLINT is hiring Journeyperson Millwrights with Oil & Gas experience for a six-month temporary position starting in October 2026. In this role, you will utilize your mechanical skills to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial systems, working 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Advantages kick in after you complete 300 hours of work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair a range of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot issues affecting operational capabilities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards within the workplace
• Collaborate with other specialists to manage projects
• Train and mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas environments
• Valid CSTS-2020 and H2S Alive certifications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Own transportation to work site
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
