Aspen House is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the Optima Living team. Your role is vital in creating a clean, safe, and engaging workplace for residents within a senior living community.

You will report to the Support Services Manager and be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness. This includes a variety of cleaning tasks, monitoring supplies, and participating in team discussions on quality improvement. Through your commitment, you will help residents enjoy their living space while promoting a sense of dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine cleaning of resident areas
Maintain high sanitation standards in bathrooms
Tidy common areas and resident bedrooms
Act on cleaning emergencies and requests
Ensure accurate work records are maintained

Requirements:
Experience in housekeeping or care environments is an asset
Knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques required
Solid interpersonal skills for resident interaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear Police Information Check required
