Take on a pivotal role as a Production Coordinator at Exhibition Place, Canada’s largest entertainment venue. Oversee event production activities and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Reporting directly to the Production Services Manager, this role focuses on managing labor assignments, liaising with clients, and supervising production services for diverse events. You will analyze client technical requirements, generate labor estimates, and ensure compliance with collective agreements. This agile position calls for outstanding organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise labor assignments for events
• Liaise with clients and AV suppliers




• Analyze client technical drawings and equipment lists
• Generate IATSE labor estimates for events
• Verify payroll for union and non-union staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in live events within large facilities
• Valid G Class Ontario driver’s license
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
