IT Solutions Account Manager
You research the market and understand our industry landscape. You will proactively engage with our client organizations, develop relationships, and anticipate their upcoming needs for IT subject matter experts. Your activities may include the following:

Proactivelycalling new clients to learn about emerging IT projects

Responsiblefor controlling the sales process from the initial stages of finding aprospect, managing a funnel, presenting offers, closing the business,onboarding and then managing that relationship.

Comfortableworking with, and presenting to,



IT executives within our client organizations andprospects.

Collaborateon the development of our future businessmodels and services.

Acquireknowledge of evolving IT global trends by following industry news.

Developaccount and relationship management strategies in order to gain “insiderstatus” to protect the account from any competitive activity.

Communicateand coordinate with our internal resource specialist to keep them abreast offuture client needs to fulfill client resource needs.

Requirements

Collegeor university degree in Business Administration, Information Management, HumanResources, or Psychology.

Abilityto conduct online or in-person interviews technical.

Familiaritywith social media and professional networks.

Professionaland mature communication and social skills to interact with businessexecutives, take note of client project requirements, and keep clients updatedon our progress.

Strategicthought process

Proficiencyin the use of Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
