Drive logistics excellence as a 3PL Manager at iFIT. Oversee North American third-party logistics operations while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment and vendor relations.

In this critical management role, you will be responsible for daily performance oversight of 3PL partners and act as the main point of contact for operational issues. You will ensure product flows seamlessly from inbound shipments to final delivery, focusing on order integrity, invoice accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with North American 3PL partners
• Oversee order management and fulfillment verification




• Track SLA and KPI metrics for operational performance
• Collaborate with internal sales and customer service teams
• Review and resolve 3PL invoices for accuracy

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in logistics or supply chain operations
• Experience managing 3PL providers directly
• Familiarity with WMS and order management processes
• Travel capability across US, Canada, and Mexico
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
