Join Fleetway as a Reliability Engineering Specialist and play a crucial role in enhancing system sustainability. This performance-focused position combines engineering expertise with project leadership in military and commercial settings.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating Integrated Logistics Support while ensuring the reliability and maintainability of advanced systems. Your role will involve conducting detailed analyses and utilizing modeling techniques to drive effective maintenance strategies, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of Reliability, Maintainability programs
• Execute reliability analyses to adhere to customer requirements




• Develop Reliability-Centred Maintenance systems
• Employ analytical techniques for evaluating system targets
• Collaborate with teams to complete projects within established parameters

Requirements:
• Certified Engineering Technologist or Qualified Engineer
• 5 years' experience in reliability engineering
• Deep understanding of RCM methodologies
• Proficiency in reliability modeling techniques
• Experience with naval/marine systems is beneficial
