Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and deliver supportive academic programs
• Provide individual and group advising to students
• Monitor student progress and provide timely interventions




• Facilitate engaging weekly learning sessions
• Develop promotional communication strategies for programs

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required; two years experience preferred
• Familiarity with student retention theories and practices
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with diverse student populations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
