In this role, you will lead UAT across various projects, primarily focusing on large and complex initiatives within BMO. You will identify emerging trends and provide strategic recommendations based on the Enterprise UAT Operating Guideline and best practices. The ability to collaborate effectively with teams and provide analytical insights will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage UAT strategies for large-scale projects
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues
• Oversee UAT intake prioritization based on workload




• Monitor UAT performance and address any issues
• Design regular reports and dashboards for tracking

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in Banking with Payment knowledge
• Proficient in ISO 20022 and API Testing
• Experience in developing automated test scripts
• Understanding of SDLC and Project Delivery Framework
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
