Become a key member of the clinical team as the Associate Director of Care at Cheltenham Community in North York, where your leadership will foster quality resident care. Focus on enhancing relationships with seniors while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee clinical operations and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care. Your role emphasizes training, supervision, and continuous improvement to optimize health and well-being for residents. High-level collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical staff in delivering effective resident care
• Monitor care quality and adjust practices accordingly




• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals
• Train and evaluate nursing staff and support workers
• Ensure adherence to legislation and accreditation standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent
• 2 years minimum in infection control
• Experience in Long Term Care essential
• 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in healthcare
• Valuable standing with the College of Nurses
