Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule aircraft and simulators efficiently using Flight Logger
• Communicate scheduling changes to instructors and students




• Adjust schedules continuously based on daily updates
• Manage records related to aircraft maintenance
• Monitor on-time performance of scheduled flights

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or equivalent experience
• Two years of scheduling experience preferred
• Preferred experience in aviation
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Drive
• Ability to navigate busy work environments
