Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct residents’ care assessments and service plans
• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
• Administer medications and ensure regulatory compliance




• Educate residents and their families about care plans
• Coordinate nursing team assignments for timely service delivery

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse designation in the province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with computer and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
