Northerm is seeking a Journeyman Glazier Supervisor to oversee installation and mentoring at our Yukon facility. You will lead a team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction while performing installation of windows, doors, and specialty glass. This position involves hands-on training and emphasizes the importance of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and install glazing products in commercial settings
• Supervise and mentor Glazier Apprentices and Installers
• Perform quality assurance inspections on completed work
• Ensure safe operation of hand and power tools
• Assist in resolving customer concerns regarding installations
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Glazier Certification (Red Seal or equivalent)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
• 3-5 years glazing experience in commercial projects
• Proficient in reading shop and construction drawings
• Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
