Join the Baycrest Foundation as an Executive Assistant in a hybrid, full time capacity. Provide outstanding executive support while contributing to meaningful initiatives in aging and brain health.

In this role, you will assist the Chief Development Officer and Chief Campaign Officer, facilitating effective communication and comprehensive administrative support. Candidates should have at least five years in senior administrative roles, ideally within a nonprofit healthcare environment. Your skills in organizing meetings, document preparation, and budget management will play a key role in enhancing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and travel arrangements for executives
• Organize and attend meetings, documenting minutes and actions




• Prepare and edit sensitive correspondence and various documents
• Handle electronic communication and stakeholder files
• Support budget management and review cost reports

Requirements:
• Office Administration diploma or recognized equivalent
• Five years of relevant senior administrative experience
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Superior communication and time management abilities
• Track record of working effectively under tight deadlines
