In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for both merchant and transaction risk while collaborating with various teams to enhance payment processes. Your expertise in risk management will drive the development of capabilities for financial exposure management, fraud detection, and ongoing monitoring to protect Xero's customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product strategy and roadmap for risk
Build merchant eligibility and underwriting capabilities
Develop transaction fraud detection and monitoring
Design controls for disputes, chargebacks, and payment risks
Create tools for risk investigation and review

Requirements:
Deep hands-on payments risk product experience
Significant Product Management experience in fintech
Solid analytical skills with fraud/data analysis
Experience with payment processors and risk providers
Ability to balance customer experience with risk management
