Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventative checks on heavy equipment
Diagnose and repair diesel engines and hydraulic systems
Inspect equipment and resolve operational defects




Assist Journeyman mechanics during service calls
Attend tool-box safety meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician or above
Clean class 5 Driver's license required for operating vehicles
Class 1 or 3 license considered beneficial
Experience with hydraulic systems and pumps is an asset
Ability to complete a pre-employment drug test
