Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver nursing care and support to diverse patient populations • Collaborate effectively with the interprofessional care team • Administer medications adhering to safety standards • Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Diploma in Practical Nursing or equivalent educational background • Valid registration with the Ontario College of Nurses • Completion of a recognized Medication Administration Course • BCLS certification is mandatory • Coronary Care I (CC1) to be acquired within the first 6 months
