Become an essential part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Dillon as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst. This hybrid role requires strong data-fluency and relationship-building skills to support strategic insights.

As a full time member of our team, you will be focused on enhancing analytical methodologies and implementing new processes. We seek a strong analyst with a problem-solving mindset who is ready to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Support the Director of M&A; in evaluating acquisition targets while transitioning from data gathering to impactful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial modeling and valuation support for M&A; activities
• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify integration needs




• Assist in tracking financial performance of acquired companies
• Optimize FP&A; processes and existing models
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to working hybrid: three days at the London site
• Innovative mindset focused on process improvement
