Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the annual budget process across all communities
• Support long-range planning and rolling forecasts
• Develop explicit monthly and quarterly reporting visuals




• Build and maintain financial models for decision support
• Conduct financial analysis for pricing and acquisition due diligence

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Understanding of financial statements and metrics
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
