Reporting to the Head of Insurance Governance, you will manage the Regulatory Compliance Program and lead change initiatives. Key to this role is providing leadership and support for the implementation of compliance procedures that adhere to regulatory standards. You will also coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries while assessing risks and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage BMO Insurance's Regulatory Compliance Program
• Lead project management for regulatory changes
• Provide compliance guidance for business initiatives
• Coordinate responses to regulatory reports and inquiries
• Identify and address compliance challenges proactively
Requirements:
• University degree with 5+ years in financial services
• Prior Life Insurance experience is preferred
• Robust project management and analytical skills
• Experience with governance and operational risk
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
