You’ll also contribute significantly to training initiatives and commercial support, helping field teams and customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pre-commercial product evaluation for Pioneer brand seeds
• Analyze field observations for performance assessments




• Coordinate product trials with development teams
• Deliver agronomic training to Sales Agronomists
• Support demand planning for commercial growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Agronomy
• 5-7 years in agronomy or seed industry
• Robust communication and training capabilities
• Must reside in the supported Alberta region
• Ability to translate technical data into field insights
