Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client account opening processes effectively
• Review and verify all required client documentation
• Liaise with custodian on operational matters




• Identify documentation risks affecting client satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in onboarding

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Finance required
• 1-2 years of work experience in onboarding required
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
