Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and respond to residents’ recreational needs
• Design and schedule engaging monthly programs
• Coordinate live entertainment and special events
• Collaborate with volunteers to enhance offerings
• Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements:
• Two years in recreation or active living environment
• Leadership experience working with seniors
• Educated in recreation, social services, or related fields
• Valid Class 4 or F license
• Strong business acumen and initiative
