Your leadership will include hiring and mentoring an operations team, managing project metrics, and ensuring smooth processes. Ideal candidates come with a robust background in operation within CROs or language service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own delivery across all service lines and client handoffs
• Lead and grow the operations team, including hiring and training
• Define and track KPIs for project performance and client escalations




• Streamline workflows through in-house project portal management
• Ensure quality assurance aligned with ISPOR and ISO standards

Requirements:
• 5+ years in operations or production roles
• Experience with translation workflows or clinical translation
• Proven track record in team building and process design
• Comfort managing distributed teams across various time zones
• Strong English communication skills under pressure
