Requirements

Significant senior-level experience leading public relations or integrated communications programs, ideally in an agency environment

Trusted client counsellor able to guide clients through opportunities, challenges and complex decisions

Ability to grow client relationships through proactive thinking and demonstrating value

Strong strategic and creative thinking skills





Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and coach people at every level

Understanding of the financial side of agency leadership

High standards, deep curiosity and an instinct to challenge the status quo

Empathetic, collaborative leadership style
