Lead the Facilities Management team at UBC as an Operational Facilities Manager, managing extensive academic infrastructure. Your leadership will enhance building operations and customer service excellence.

In this position, you will be the main contact for maintenance, renovations, and user requests, while managing relationships across departments. You will assess infrastructure needs, coordinate project timelines, and guide customers on operational processes. Your comprehensive knowledge will elevate service delivery and ensure alignment with institutional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact for building maintenance
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests
• Monitor impacts of maintenance activities on operations




• Lead project planning and customer engagement efforts
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least seven years of facilities management experience
• Knowledge of cost control and project coordination
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Must possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
