As a key member of the Compassion Network team, Health Care Aides provide essential daily living support to clients, fostering independence and comfort. This role requires assisting with personal care and coordinating with health care professionals. You'll create positive experiences by finding creative solutions for improving clients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care
• Prepare meals and perform housekeeping tasks
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
• Find effective solutions to enhance clients' well-being
• Document necessary information in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1-year experience in a clinical setting preferred
• CPR/BCLS certification is required
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
